SHORT DESCRIPTION

Bichhu phal is a plant's dried fruit. It has a long history of usage as a power source in soups and curries, as well as fibre and medicinal plants. Nettles have long been utilised as a nourishing diet, especially in the spring. The root and above-ground components are employed in traditional medicine.
