SHORT DESCRIPTION
Alsi is gluten-free, abundant in fibre and protein, and aids in the nourishment of the nerves and muscle growth. excellent for the health of the heart, brain, hair, skin, digestion, and reproductive system. Linseed has a sweet, bitter, and pungent flavour with a hot potency, which helps to properly balance vata dosha. Overuse might aggravate Pitta and Kapha doshas, respectively.

PRECAUTIONS & SIDE EFFECTS

HOW TO USE
- Soak 1-2 tsp of flaxseed in normal water overnight. Macerate and filter the content the next morning. Consume this to cure the burning sensation while passing urine.
- Add 2-3ml of linseed oil to a cup of warm water and take it on an empty stomach to help in weight loss and cholesterol management.
- Mix equal amounts of linseed, cumin seed and fenugreek seeds to a fine powder and take 1 tsp daily with milk to improve lactation.
