SHORT DESCRIPTION

 

Tejpatta is a Dosha balancer, i.e. keeps Vata (Air component), Pitta (Fire+Water), and Kapha Dosha (Earth+Water) doshas in-check. It has a hot potency that promotes healthy digestion and decreases toxin accumulation in the body. Tejpatta is the dried leaves and flowers of the Tejpatta tree that are used as a spice and in Ayurvedic medicine.
