HOW TO USE 
 

  •  To improve flatulence, take 6 ml. Fresh garlic clove juice with honey twice a day.
  • A crushed bulb of garlic is boiled in water and is to be taken with sugar to get relief from cough and cold.
  • To cure aching joints,  apply a lukewarm paste of garlic cloves mixed in any oil over the affected joint.
  • For in general body ache, consume 1 gm paste of garlic bulb with honey or with food twice a day.
  • Garlic paste mixed with milk improves sexual health due to its Vajikarana (aphrodisiac) properties.
  • Garlic juice on an empty stomach aids in weight reduction.
