SHORT DESCRIPTION
Cinnamon, also known as Dalchini is high in calcium, magnesium, and other essential minerals. The bark of tropical, evergreen trees is used to make cinnamon powder. Cinnamon is harvested by peeling it off the interior of the tree's bark.

- To treat nasal allergic sinusitis, form a paste with 1-2 pinches of cinnamon powder and honey. Swallow it twice a day, after light meals. Repeat until you no longer have allergy symptoms.
