HOW TO USE


 

  •  To get relief from cough and cold, take 1 gm. powder of black pepper seeds with ghee and honey twice daily.
  • Take 1-2 gm. Black pepper powder fried with ghee twice daily, to keep in the mouth to cure hoarseness of voice.
  • To improve digestion functioning, consume a pinch of powder with a piece of crushed ginger & rock salt to be taken before a meal. 
  • To improve loss of appetite, take a  pinch of powder with 2 tsp of lemon juice with water ½ an hour before food.
  • To cure bleeding gums, apply a pinch of powder mixed with honey over the affected area after gargling with warm salt water twice a day.
