SHORT DESCRIPTION 


 

Dried seeds are basically referred to as coriander while the fresh green leaves are marked as cilantro. Coriander seeds have a bitter or sweet flavour depending on how fresh they are. Dhania is high in minerals and antioxidants, which help to protect the body from sickness.

  • Coriander interacts with medications that enhance sensitivity to light and delay blood coagulation.


HOW TO USE 


 

  • To prevent cold, cough and digestion-related issues, make 20 ml. decoction prepared from 5 gm. coarse powder with sugar and turmeric powder thrice a day or use dhania powder as herbal tea every morning.
  • To kill intestinal worms, take 3-5 gm. Coriander powder with jaggery twice a day for 5 days.
  • Drink 20 ml. decoction prepared from coarse coriander powder with sugar and a pinch of salt frequently as a natural ORS.
  • Drink 4-5 tsp of coriander decoction mixed in a glass of buttermilk before meals to treat indigestion, acidity, nausea and diarrhoea.
